Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our tanning powders and to ensure the highest quality and safety standards for every client, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on tanning powders, including opened, unopened, or unused products.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is required

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once the original item is received and inspected, an exchange will be issued for equal value. If the exchanged item is of greater value, the price difference will be due at the time of exchange.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will happily replace the item at no additional cost.
